Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, absolutely. If you want to cancel your plan, simply go to your profile and cancel on the account page. If you do cancel, you will continue to have access to all the premium features until the end of your billing cycle.

What the limits on Dubbing, Voiceover and Translations?

Each plan has a limit on the number of credits you’re allotted in a certain timeframe. Use of Subtitles, dubbing, and voiceover count towards your credit Usage. For example, if you subtitle an English 30-minute video this will count as 30 credits toward your usage. If you then translate it from English to Spanish, this will add another 30 credits. If you dub your English Video to Spanish another 30 credits will be used. So the total amount of credits used is 90.

What will happen when I exhaust the credits?

You can still continue using our service until the next credit top-up. The total number of credits used in the meantime will be billed automatically in your next bill. If you cancel your plan, all additional credits will be settled at the time of cancelation.

I need high volume of Credits in a shot time, what should I do?

If the monthly limit is not high enough for your needs then you may want to consider shifting to a higher plan or an annual plan (you can use up your entire annual limits within a single month if you want).

What will happen to my cloned voices?

They are secure and private. You only can see, and use them as long as your subscription is active with us. If you cancel your subscription or delete your account. All created voices will be deleted automatically.
